The grants do not affect their existing intellectual property rights and companies.

Stages of Grants for Oversea Talents

1. Requirement

The grants are limited to individuals or companies who developed the technology in the areas of advanced materials, advanced manufacturing, artificial intelligence,

climate-crisis solution, energy, information & communications, robotics, sensors, and/or transportation (air/land/sea).

The product, service or solution must have been readied for mass-market launch and have completed its test-launch or soft-launch.

2. Existing Intellectual Property Rights and Companies

The grants do not affect the existing intellectual property rights and companies.

3. Potential Benefits

Go To Market grant of RMB 10 million (about USD 1.4 million).

Rental grant of 1,000 square meter (maximum 3 years), RMB 10 million (about USD 1.4 million) interest free loan, and/or Product Research & Development grant of RMB 10

million (about USD 1.4 million), Condition: The product, service and technology involved shall not be those involved in national security or sanctioned by the applicant's country.

4. Assessment or Exploration

Sharing non-proprietary product information with ACMF to explore and identify potential grant(s) or benefit(s).

Information needed:

A. Problems or pains the product developed to solve. For example, carbon capture.

B. How is the product solving the problems or pains?

Measures should be provided - for example.
One MT of my product absorbs 1,000 MT of carbon from the air.

C. Why is your product better than your competitors?

For example, One MT of my product absorbs 1,000 MT of carbon from the air.
My competitors absorb 500 MT to 700 MT of carbon from the air using One MT of their product.

5. Match

ACMF will revert with the details of the grant(s), benefit(s), terms, conditions and consulting agreement if ACMF identifies a match.

All the services are considered free of charge until both parties sign an agreement to agree on the payment(s).
